Return Policy

Notes for placing an order:

1.  Cancellation/modification of orders will not be accepted after the order is placed, such as changing the delivery method, purchased products, combining orders, etc. will not be accepted.
2.  Before placing an order, please check whether the following "recipient information" is correct:
Recipient's name, contact number and delivery method
3.  After placing the order and completing the payment, please check your the registered email address and see if you have received the "Order Confirmation Notification" e-mail sent by the system automatically.
4.  If you have not received the "Order Confirmation Notification" email, please contact our customer service department to arrange to resend the email.

5. If the shipment is returned due to incorrect "recipient information", the customer shall bear the responsibility for this and no refund will be provided.

Under normal circumstances, we do not accept returns and exchanges, except for the following special circumstances:
1. The product received is missing.
2. The ordered item does not match the received item (excluding color variance issues).

The return procedure is as follows:

1.  If the customer finds any damage/missing of the outer box packaging or the product when receiving the goods or signing for receipt (such as the item or quantity of the product does not match the order), please take a photo immediately to record the current situation of the goods, outer box packaging and shipping order.  Keep all the items and packaging, and contact our customer service department immediately on the day of receipt, and provide relevant information (including order number, goods involved, details of the problem, detailed photos, etc.), so that we can contact the logistics company or local agents as soon as possible to follow up.
2.  Please contact us within seven days right after you receive the product, in order to request a return.
3.  If you have sent the goods without our confirmation, our company has the right to refuse to accept and return the goods back to the customer, and our company will not be responsible for any shipping costs incurred.
4.  If our company confirms that the goods should be returned or exchanged, please keep the original "complete packaging" of the goods, and ensure that the goods are complete and new and unused.
After our company confirms that the status of the goods meets the requirements of the return policy, we will notify you of the return application status as soon as possible.
 

Refund instructions:

If our company confirms to proceed with the refund arrangement, please pay attention to check whether the refund information including bank account number, bank account name etc. provided are correct. If the refund fails or makes an error due to personal negligence of the customer, the customer shall be responsible for this.
*If we fail to collect the goods within seven days, we reserve the right to cancel return arrangement.


Exchange Notes:

If our company confirms the replacement of the goods, customer has to ensure that the goods are unused, and there is no damage or operation failure, man-made defects caused; please keep the complete original packaging (including the outer packaging carton), otherwise the replacement will not be proceeded.


Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:

1. After receiving the goods, customer has failed to contact the company within seven days.
2. Lack of original packaging, tags, incomplete accessories, and man-made damage.
3. The color variance between the picture and the actual product, the standard difference about the method of measurement, slight off-line, difference in the depth of leather embossing, micro marks on the sole, merchandise having been used, merchandise having been modified, products having been washed/dyed/shrunk, and smells of non-products (such as perfume/aromatherapy/cigarette/sweat smell/odor/laundry liquid/softener, etc.) by the customer.
4. If the outer box of the packaging is slightly flattened or crumpled due to the transportation process without affecting the function or quality of the product, no return or exchange will be accepted. If you are very concerned about the packaging status, please consider the transportation risk by yourself.
