Local delivery

1. Please note that each order can only be delivered to one location.

2. If the order is successfully placed, the order confirmation email will generally be received within 1 working day.

【Stock items】
Generally, the goods will be shipped within 7 working days after payment is confirmed.

【Pre-order items】
Japan pre-ordered goods - if there is no delay, goods will normally be shipped from Japan in about 3-4 weeks after payment (or overseas supplier's reservation shipping schedule 「予約限定」shall prevail), plus air freight time, and dispatched after distribution .
Hong Kong pre-ordered goods - Suppliers will deliver the goods to PLS warehouse within 7-10 days (or as per local supplier's "scheduled" delivery time), and the goods will be delivered to designated address according to order sequence after receipt.

**Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, or orders affected by inclement weather or special circumstances will be processed after next working day.
**In the event of Typhoon No. 8 or above, or the hoisting of a black rainstorm warning signal, or force majeure, cargo handling procedures and/or delivery services may be affected.

Delivery methods
Pick up at SF Station/ SF Smart Locker/ Residential or Commercial Address/ SF Service Center/ 7-11 Convenience Store or OK Convenience Store cooperated by SF Express

Attention ⚠️

1. If the goods arrival month of items are different, and for goods under "in stock" vs "pre-order goods" categories, please place the order of these items separately, otherwise, the goods will be shipped together after the latest arrival of last items.
2.  If it is not out of stock, the order cannot be abandoned/exchanged after the amount has been placed, and no refund will be arranged.
3.  Except for special circumstances, no additional product status update will generally be provided between the time the order is placed and the delivery.
